Return, Refund and Exchange Policies
We currently offer no returns, refunds, or exchanges as a standard policy.
However, we make exceptions in the following cases:
Damaged or Incorrect Product Received: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to help — but the following conditions must be met:
Notification Timeframe: Inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Opening Video is Mandatory: Must be an uncut, unedited, 360° opening video starting from the parcel’s sealed condition to full product reveal.
Claims without a proper opening video will not be accepted.
Product Condition: Item must be unused and have all original tags intact.
Verification: The FabWoman team will verify the video and product condition before approving any return.
Return Process
Notify Us: Email care@fabwoman.in within 24 hours with the opening video and issue description.
Approval & Pick-up: If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and customer needs to return the product at the provided address.
Store Credit Issued: No cash refunds are provided. You’ll receive a store credit that can be used on your next purchase.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not support direct exchanges.
To exchange a product:
Place a New Order: Once your return is approved and you receive store credit, place a new order using the credited amount.
Important Points to Note
We are not responsible for returned packages due to incorrect/incomplete address or unreachable contact numbers.
In case of a "Delivered" status but the parcel is not received, contact us within 24 hours of delivery update.
Reshipping charges must be borne by the customer.
